Karen is our Client Liaison Manager, International clients are her specialty. As a personal lifestyle specialist Karen provides an executive assistant service providing advice in the areas of property purchasing, decorating, styling and ongoing property management.

Family needs such as educational advice, health and wellness, entertainment, lifestyle needs and sharing all the great attractions the Gold Coast has to offer. Karen brings the personal touch your Crocodile OZ experience.  

Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise in the area of international security and investigation operations. Jason enjoyed a 15 year career with the New Zealand Police Force before branching out in his own business.

He is now the CEO of SOS security services, operating for the past 16 years in the industry of international investigative consultancy.
​Jason brings 30 plus years of personal and corporate security expertise to the Crocodile OZ team.  

Belle is an experienced Marketing and Business Development expert with a demonstrated history of expertise across multiple fields, having worked in Real Estate, Property Development, tourism and hospitality sectors.
With over 12 years’ experience in these fields, Belle has showcased her sales and marketing talents both internationally and locally for global brands and household names before her journey led her to begin specialising in Real Estate in 2017.

Belle gained expertise working alongside large development companies and experienced prestige agents and has handled both high-end residential sales and large scale new projects but has found her passion is specialising in land subdivision, house and land packages, new property sales and project management.

Belle is multi-lingual being fluent in English and Chinese and exudes a passion for service and excellence.
